Speaking of Florida
The Empire Journal, an online masterpiece that has been repeatedly hacked by, in all probability, left-wing whackos, posted this on their site. It is a must-read article for anyone who believes that Terri Schindler was murdered by her husband. No, strike that, it's a must-read article for anyone even remotely interested in the case, whether you think Terri was murdered or not. It's an eye-opener...
The article contains such gems of information as this: The Empire Journal recently learned that Michael Schiavo lied on his 1990 guardianship application, fabricating a college degree that he never earned. Under penalties of perjury, he said he had received an associates of science degree from Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania . He didn’t. He only went to college one year and didn’t finish the program.

And this: But then there’s the matter of Schiavo testifying at a medical malpractice trial on Nov. 5, 1992, that he had started to go to nursing school approximately a year previous and hoped to finish in “something like 1994”. According to college records, Schiavo didn’t start “nursing school” at St. Petersburg Junior College, a nursing school named for Evelyn Jerger, the wife of his concubine’s insurance partner, until August, 1996, receiving his nursing degree in December, 1998.
