Now why am I not surprised?
Hillary Clinton should take a page from her husband's book and at least try to be seen reaching out to people of a different political bent than her own. She publicly stated that she wanted to find "common ground" with pro-life groups, but apparently that only meant that she wanted to find somewhere to bury them. She is now refusing absolutely to meet with coalitions of pro-life groups, and that really doesn't surprise me in the least. She, and those on the left like her, blow with the political winds--but they may want to remember that it was those pesky values and morals that lost them the last election. They may want to remember that Catholics voted mainly for George W. Bush--twice. Not everyone in this country likes the fact that millions of unborn children are slaughtered here annually, Hillary my dear... And just saying that you want to find common ground isn't necessarily going to fool all of us--some of us would like to see you walk your talk and actually have the courage to face pro-lifers and hear their side of the argument.
